This adventure safari offers the best of Zambia at a very affordable price. The journey starts and ends in Lusaka. It can be extended by one or two days to visit the Victoria Falls.
Three nights safari in the South Luangwa National Park and five nights safari in Kafue NP, thereof 2 nights in Kafue Lodge and 3 nights in a mobile safari camp in the Busanga Plains.
Optional Victoria Falls package includes return flight to Livingstone, transfer to Victoria Falls, 1 night at the N1 Hotel. Please us ask for other hotel options.

Our Zambia Adventure Safari starts in the airport of Lusaka. Upon arrival you will board your flight to South Luangwa National Park.
After landing at South Luangwa airport, a friendly game ranger will be waiting for you. The drive to Croc Valley Camp at the banks of the Luangwa River with an open safari vehicle takes approx. 45 minutes.

After the early morning game drive you will fly to Lusaka airport and pick up your Ford Ranger 4×4 to drive approx. 4 hours to Kafue NP.
Kafue River Lodge
You will pick up your 4×4 vehicle in the airport and drive about 4 hours to the lodge. It is mostly tar road, only the last 40km require a 4×4.
The eco friendly lodge is run on solar. The Chefs have been in the industry for some twenty years, they never fail to satisfy the guests dietary needs.
The guides are Zambian, from Kafue and across the
country, both very experienced, who will amuse for hours with bush stories and
humorous anecdotes.
2 nights Kafue River Lodge, all meals, local drinks,2 game viewing activities daily.
Zambia Adventure Safari in the Busanga Plains
A mobile safari to the vast Busanga Plains, widely regarded as a jewel in Kafue National Park’s crown. The area in which we camp is based on the North East side of
the Plains. It is approximately a 6 hour transfer from Kafue River Lodge. The journey itself is of interest, driving through the Lunga Luswishi GMA, taking the pontoon across the Lunga River before meeting the locals in Jifumpa Village.
Game viewing and birding on the Busanga Plains is nothing short
of superb.
Typically we wake up early, rising with the sun before an early
breakfast; we start soon afterwards driving approximately 40
minutes to One Fig, where a lot of the action is. We usually head
out for a full days drive for the two days, but if you feel
that is too long we can go out twice, or in the afternoon look for
Sable, Leopard and the special birds that exist in the Miombo
Forrest surrounding the camp.
Mobile Dome Tents, all meals, local drinks, game viewing activities as requested.
Luxury Air Conditioned River Front Tent Chalets for 2 person occupation.
One extra bed is possible in chalets.
2 single beds or 1 double bed, walk in mosquito net, en suite bathroom with cold/hot water, hand basin, shower, flush toilet, 230 volt wall sockets (UK and Euro), wardrobe, desk, large storage chest, veranda with view over the river. (full board)
The thatched main building consisting of dining area, bar, reception, lounge and
toilets. A swimming pool shaped as the map of Zambia is 30 meters from main building, depth 1 – 2 meter, chlorinated, pool towels supplied.
Meals: full board (light breakfast at 5.30, mid-morning snack on drive, Brunch at 11.30, tea at 15.30, dinner at 20.30)
Coffee and Tea available throughout the day (incl.).
Two 4 hour Game drives per with snack, coffee or tea per day.
The lodge has international phone facilities. Cell phone coverage is available from the lodge most of the time.
For internet connection the lodge offers USB dongles. Clients can buy “airtime” for internet usage.
