1 review for Cape Town & Garden Route Self Drive Safari – One Way 12 days

  1. Eyal Tadmore

    Dear Reinhard,

    We’ve just landed in Belgium
We had a great time in South Africa and do plan to be back and continue our adventures
The last two places we stayed, Tsitsikamma and Addo were also great inspire the rain which hit hard especially in Tsitsikama
The elephant reserve was very nice and the Bydand B&B was fun and interesting
The only recommendation you can take off your list is the ‘organic restaurant’ Hazel’s in Addo which we skipped after being ignored and not nicely treated. The food did not look good at all and we went to Lenmoor which was recommended by Bydand and this was surprisingly good with great soup and incredible wood oven pizza !
We returned the car full of gas and clean at PE airport very quickly
In Cape Town we had a glance and the aquarium which was to me a deception but whatever …

Except for the small hiccup at Knysna headlands everything went really good and we enjoyed the organisation and the country which we discovered

Thank you for everything and see you next time around

    Liam Ilay Mira and Eyal
